2. Camera permission

The Android app may request camera access if you choose to upload or update an image, such as a profile photo or another image inside the app. We do not access your camera unless you choose to use this feature.

3. Payments

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

- create and manage your account;
- provide access to app features;
- manage subscriptions and access status;
- save your reflections, check-ins and preferences;
- respond to support requests;
- improve the app, safety and user experience;

We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us run DeepDive, such as app hosting, database, payment, analytics, email, support or security providers. These providers may only use the information as needed to provide their services to us.

DeepDive is designed for emotional literacy, self-reflection and deeper connection. It is not a medical, therapy, crisis or emergency service. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app, manage your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.
